Garden visit

Mr. Canning helped us plant bok choy seeds today...setting up an experiment to see if the seeds grow better in an open bed or a clotched bed.  We will monitor the seed growth and post our findings.

We made salsa starring bell peppers, the featured food for this month's tasting table. Salsa making AND eating were big hits!
